Health Navigators

Our Community Health Navigation Program provides free healthcare and resource navigation services for underserved Asian and Asian American communities by facilitating access to health and wellness services. Examples of services include connecting clients to social services, helping people understand the clinic or hospital system, identifying qualification for various programs, and assisting service providers address unmet community needs. Our bilingual navigators provide culturally-appropriate services to community members seeking assistance.

Our current Community Health navigators:

Hailey Easley, Program Manager

Hailey is the Program Manager for the AARC Nonprofit’s Community Health Navigation Program, a social service program that helps Austin’s Asian community access and utilize health care services. She graduated with a Masters in Psychology. During her program Hailey completed research on the disparities in the quality of mental heath treatment for people of color and ethnic minorities and taught courses on the interaction between mental health and race, ethnicity, culture. Previously, Hailey worked at a local agency where she served as program manager for a behavioral health program and advocate for the rights of women and people of color.
